New Homeowner Orientation
Nobody tells you that on closing day. Here is the short version, before you pour the first glass.

What Changed When You Moved
In the house you came from, a utility treated the water, checked it on a schedule, published the results, and answered for them. That whole apparatus stayed behind. Here, the last person who decides whether the water at your tap is safe is you.
Municipal line, private well, ejido system, or delivered by truck. Two houses on the same street can draw from different sources, and one source can change between the dry season and the rains. Your neighbor's answer is not your answer.
Arsenic is the primary health concern in Southern Baja aquifers. It is colorless, tasteless, and odorless. Water that looks clean, tastes clean, and smells clean tells you nothing about it either way.
We do not guess. We design only after the source is known, and we build the system to that source rather than pulling one off a shelf. Over 1,000 systems across Southern Baja since 2014.
What Happens First
You tell us where the house is and what you know about its water. Then we come and look at the property and its infrastructure, at no cost, so we understand what the building can actually take.
That first visit is not a water test. It is how we find out what is possible at your address. Nothing gets recommended until the water source is known.
Ready When You Are
Tell us where you are and we will take it from there. No obligation, and no system recommended before we know your water.
